N: The Noon God by Donna Carrick

This story is told through the eyes of the main character, Desdemona Fortune, or Mona for short. It begins with the death of her famous father, J. Caesar Fortune, and continues through his funeral plus a few days after. The family's history is told through Mona's flashbacks as she reads through her father's latest masterpiece, as well as other events that recall specific memories. The ending came as a total surprise which, in my opinion, says a lot about the author.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and give it a heartfelt recommendation! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Sorry this is posted a day early. I got ahead of myself!
